VEM on-site audit

This audit focuses on our comprehensive capabilities as a supplier of core components for their generators/motors, such as machine frames, end caps, and rotor shafts.

The entire audit is led by senior quality engineers and R&D technical experts from VEM, and its scope of review is highly systematic. The audit team first stayed at the production site and tracked the entire process from raw material storage, precision machining, to welding and assembly. They paid special attention to the key processes we use to ensure the dimensional tolerances and dynamic balance accuracy of the components, such as the turning and milling composite machining and ultra precision grinding of large machine bases, and checked the calibration records and process parameters of the relevant equipment one by one. In terms of quality management system, the auditor carefully reviewed the operation of our ISO 9001 system, focusing on extracting multiple technical drawings, process documents, quality inspection records, and material certification certificates related to the VEM project, and conducted strict verification of document and actual compliance.

The notable feature of this audit is its ultimate pursuit of technical consistency and data reliability. The audit team not only reviewed our final testing report, but also traced the original records of online testing data during the production process to verify the authenticity and traceability of our quality control. At the same time, they conducted professional inquiries and on-site witnessing of our heat treatment process evaluation, welding process specifications, and non-destructive testing capabilities. In the end, the auditing party fully affirmed our professional strength and rigorous quality culture in the field of precision machining, marking our successful passing of its strict supplier admission review and laying a solid foundation for future deep cooperation between the two parties.
