This TESMEC on-site audit is a comprehensive and rigorous supplier qualification assessment process aimed at comprehensively evaluating the comprehensive capabilities of our company, Hehua Machinery Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd., as its core component supplier for winding machines. The entire audit activity is carried out by a joint team composed of quality experts, procurement managers, and senior engineers dispatched by TESMEC headquarters. The audit scope covers all operational aspects related to our company's coiling machine project. The audit team systematically reviewed our quality management system, focusing on tracking the entire manufacturing process from raw material procurement, warehouse management to mechanical processing, welding, and assembly, and rigorously verifying the inspection and testing standards for the final product.

At the technical capability level, the audit team went deep into the production line and conducted a detailed inspection of the processing equipment, process documents, and actual processing capabilities used for the core structural components of the coiling machine (such as high-strength frames and precision spindle systems). They also conducted data traceability for online detection and recording of key dimensions. They paid special attention to our welding process qualification records, non-destructive testing reports, and control plans for thick plate welding deformation. At the same time, our production planning and material control system have also undergone strict evaluation. The audit team confirmed whether we have the stable operational capability to ensure on-time delivery by accessing ERP system data, checking production reports and inventory records.

In terms of quality assurance, the audit not only stays at the document level, but also includes random sampling and retesting of mass-produced components to verify the authenticity and accuracy of our factory inspection data. In addition, the audit team also conducted a detailed evaluation of our continuous improvement mechanism, including the handling process of customer complaints, control measures for non-conforming products, and the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. The entire review process can be summarized as a comprehensive inspection of our technical strength, quality depth, management accuracy, and operational reliability. Its ultimate goal is to confirm whether we have the ability to integrate into TESMEC's global supply chain and become its trusted strategic partner.
