Spring outing in 2023

The spring outing organized by our company this time is a carefully planned team building and employee care activity. In order to reward everyone for their hard work over the past year and boost morale at the beginning of the new year, the company has specially chosen the season of spring when flowers bloom, leading all employees to a scenic suburban resort for a one-day "awakening of vitality" journey.

On the day of the event, the company arranged comfortable bus transportation to ensure the convenience and safety of travel. After arriving at the destination, we organized fun team building games in the morning, such as "Heart Drum Beating" and "Team Password Cracking". These activities were not only full of fun, but also invisibly exercised the collaboration and tacit understanding among colleagues. At noon, everyone enjoyed a carefully prepared barbecue feast and local specialty dishes on the outdoor lawn, chatting and communicating in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, bringing each other closer.

Afternoon is free time for activities, and colleagues can choose to ride around the lake, climb mountains and hike, enjoy tea in the tea garden, or play frisbee or fly kites on the lawn according to their preferences. The management of the company also integrated into it, interacting warmly with everyone, and the entire team was happy and harmonious. In order to capture these beautiful moments, administrative colleagues followed and captured countless smiling faces filled with joy throughout the entire process.

This spring outing not only temporarily relieved employees from their busy daily work and relaxed their bodies and minds, but also greatly enhanced team cohesion and employees' sense of belonging in an informal setting. It conveys the company's people-oriented cultural concept, effectively boosting team morale. We believe that everyone will work together with more enthusiasm and closer collaboration to devote themselves to the future work.
