1、Process Introduction | What does the bending machine solve?

One time molding: Fold the metal sheet into any two-dimensional cross-section, eliminating the need for splicing and secondary processing
High precision angle: CNC rear stop material+grating ruler, repeat accuracy ± 0.1 °, meeting inspection free assembly requirements
Small radius bending: minimum inner R 0.2 mm, suitable for sharp edge home appliance panels and precision chassis
Long straightness: 6-meter integral beam, total straightness ≤ 0.3 mm/1000 mm, suitable for elevator cars and car side panels
Complex polygons: multiple bending and automatic mold changing, achieving one-time completion of box, disc, C, and Z shapes

Case 1 | Bottom plate of new energy battery case

Material: 2mm 3003-H14 aluminum

Shape: Box shaped 420 × 320 × 45 mm, 12 bends

Challenge: Inner R 0.8 mm, dimensional tolerance ± 0.1 mm

Solution: TruBend 5170+seamless film+automatic mold changing library, 30 seconds/piece

Result: The first pass rate is 99.2%, and the daily production capacity is 1200 pieces

Case 2 | Elevator Car Wall Panel

Material: 1.5mm 304 stainless steel brushed plate

Length: 5300 mm overall bent, height 2200 mm

Difficulty: Full length straightness ≤ 0.3 mm, no wire drawing scratches on the surface

Solution: LVD 6-meter machine+polyurethane lower mold+vacuum suction cup cutting

Result: The diagonal error of the wall panel is ≤ 0.5 mm, and it is directly fed into the assembly line

Case 3 | Thick Plate Truck Beam

Material: 16mm Q355B hot-rolled plate

Angle: 90 ° obtuse angle 88 ° (rebound compensation)

Length: 5700 mm, folded twice

Solution: 2200 ton segmented mold+ACB real-time angle feedback

Result: Rebound stable at ± 0.3 °, eliminating the need for secondary flame calibration
