Case 1 | New Energy Motor Shaft

Material: 42CrMo4 quenched and tempered HB 280

Size: Φ 35 × 220 mm, coaxiality 0.01 mm

Features: Outer circle+tool groove+thread M24 × 1.5+flat position

Solution: PUMA 2600Y one-time turning milling, hard turning CBN blade

Result: Roundness 0.003 mm, cumulative thread error 0.015 mm, monthly production of 50000 pieces

Case 2 | Industrial Robot Joint Sleeve

Material: 7075-T6 aluminum

Size: Φ 80 × 60 mm, wall thickness 1.2 mm

Difficulty: Thin wall deformation, inner hole tolerance H7

Solution: QT-200MS dual spindle, low clamping force+vacuum chuck

Result: Inner hole roundness of 0.005 mm, batch of 100000 pieces without deformation
