Our collaboration with Schott is a successful application of precision mechanical technology in the field of pharmaceutical packaging.

Schott Group is a global leader in the field of specialty glass and materials science, particularly renowned in the pharmaceutical packaging industry. Its pharmaceutical glass bottles (including penicillin bottles, ampoules, etc.) are the core materials for injection packaging, and have extremely strict requirements for the accuracy and stability of filling and packaging equipment.

In this cooperation, we, Hehua Machinery Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd., as the mechanical manufacturing expert for its equipment development, designed and manufactured a fully automatic packaging machine for Schott Company's Ampoule production line. Our core task is to transform Schott's rigorous standards for packaging technology into an automated equipment that can operate stably and efficiently.

Specifically, we are responsible for the mechanical structure design of the entire packaging machine, the manufacturing of all precision components, and the assembly and debugging of the entire machine. This includes a precise bottle conveying and positioning system, a high-speed and gentle gripping and arranging mechanism, and an execution unit that ultimately completes the packaging and forming process. With our profound experience in high-precision machining, motion control mechanism design, and automation integration, we ensure that the equipment can achieve precise positioning and stable packaging actions at high speeds, effectively ensuring the efficiency and safety of Schott's high-end amine bottle products in the packaging process, fully meeting the excellent standards of its pharmaceutical grade customers for production equipment.
